Postage & Packaging

Personlised DVD's - Please allow 14 working days, from receiving your order.
Personalised Plates - Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Photo Gifts - Please also allow 10 working days for delivery.
 
All other items will be dispatched within 5 working days from receiving your order.  If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you as quickly as possible the new expected delivery date.  If the expected date does not suit, you can choose an alternative product or cancel your order.  

We use NZ Couriers and NZ Post to try and keep costs down. 
Delivery is 1-2 business days for Courier or 2-3 Business days with NZ Post once collected from here.  
For Rural delivery 2-4 Business days once collected from here.

Returns Policy

We guarantee our personalised products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalised items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Please make sure you review your personalisation information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names very carefully. You are welcome to contact us at orders@chubbychops.co.nz if you are unsure about the personalisation. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
